INFORMS Optimization Society Conference — Refereed Papers
The 2024 INFORMS Optimization Society Conference will be held on March 22-24, 2024 in Houston, TX. For the first time, and as an option to speakers, the conference will include refereed paper submissions. Accepted papers will be highlighted in the program, and a special web page dedicated to the accepted papers will include links to the manuscripts.

Submission details
Scope: Submitted papers should fall within the scope of mathematical optimization in a broad sense, presenting new algorithmic and structural results as well as revealing computational studies and novel applications.
Submission deadline: December 31, 2023. Jan 31, 2024.
How to submit: Please use the same EasyChair link as for general submissions, and upload your paper as a PDF file. If your paper is associated with an invited talk or a contributed talk, then please submit to the corresponding track. If you submit the paper without giving a talk on it, then please submit to the “General” track, and indicate in the submission form that this is for the “referred papers only”. After upload, please email Daniel Bienstock at dano@columbia.edu and Shiqian Ma at sqma@rice.edu to let us know of your submission. Please include the title of your paper and the EasyChair ID of your submission in your email.
Submission format: Please use the LNCS format. Submissions are limited to ten pages not including citations; any appendices will be counted toward the ten pages.
Acceptance decisions will be announced by January 31st. Feb 20th. Feb 29th. Please note: authors submitting to this venue commit to attending IOS regardless of the outcome.
